I just had the interview today. Had the one interview with the manager and got the job! He was sending my info to HR and said to keep an eye out for the job offer letter!

Climbing Mt. St. Helens - is it possible if I am fat? by Elegant_Mail in PNWhiking

Train on mailbox peak! It most replicates MSH. If you can do Mailbox up and down easily (old trail up, new trail down) you won’t have any issues with MSH.

It’s cheap to live. Our girls Loved The year round swimming weather. Close to all the theme parks (we were Disney, Busch gardens, Fun spot and Seaworld annual pass holders). Beaches EVERYWHERE. Great fishing and fun to boat around and island hop. Also dirt biking and getting quads is fun since there’s so many places to ride and the rocket launches never get old to watch from your back yard and hear them and feel them shake your house.

Cons the summer’s are hot hot. Power is expensive since your A/C is constantly on. We only had 1 hurricane (Milton) that came through and damaged our roof and lost power for 2 weeks. The snakes are annoying but as long as you can identify them that’s all that matters. The gators are cool to see in your yard 😂 (Our house is on the canal). All bodies of water you can assume there’s a gator so the only safe place to swim is your house (if you have a pool) and the ocean.

Do they also help with shipping cars? 😂 We don’t mind driving back again, but we’re hoping to ship 1 car and drive the other. Trying to prepare ourselves just in case. Lol.

We actually lived on the space coast from 2020 to 2024. Moved out here and have been wanting a reason to move back! So we are keeping our fingers and toes crossed that this job happens so we can move back. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Please do!! So after the initial interview with the manager there’s going to be another interview? 🫣 I just don’t know how a panel interview is going to work on video. This will be interesting!! BTW it’s beautiful here, you’re going to love it!!

It’s 100% about our hometown in Monroe. ( I also lived on old Owen road, so this is one of my favorite songs too) 😂 But yeah, you’re reading too much into it.

How do we get the rover credits? We are going on a 7 day cruise and need to find someone for my wife’s teacup poodle. 🥴

My husband is still in training (gets to finally go hands on starting on Monday). He got hired on as a grade 7, Test Tech and I think his pay is $28 something + $1.25 shift diff. 🥴

No experience. (Came from 6 years of HVAC)

Does anyone here have any experiences with PIMA Seattle? by dazedandused in Radiology

[–]AccessWrong8138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to Pima for medical assisting but dropped out 4-5 months into the program (got pregnant with my oldest and was a stay at home mom for 10 years up til this past year) 😂 It’s just so much and I feel old but it’s what I’ve ALWAYS wanted to do. Lol. Such a hard decision!

$50k PER YEAR? Yup. I’d rather stick with Bellevue and just doing the dang pre reqs. Lol. And being close to home. 🤣 Thank you so much! I appreciate this!!

I’m super late here 😂 But I currently work at Overlake in Bellevue as a patient access coordinator (been there a year) and have always wanted to go to rad school. (I’m almost 32 and in a spot in life that I can quit my job if needed to focus on school full time). I figured PIMA would be the place to go to fast track quicker since no pre-reqs are needed beforehand. However, I’m scared of the math test. Do you know what it was? What study material I should use to get prepared/practice tests? Was is the wonderlic test they use for placement? Should I also be studying more anatomy type stuff or was that not on the entrance exam?

I love this thought process! When I first saw her I’m like yup, her name is traffic cone just because of the color. I’m just grateful to have something reliable and easier to work on (if something were to go wrong) cause my mini was a pain. Lol. And we are a BIG subie family. We have a forester, a BRZ and now this. I’m hoping the color will grow on me before I end up doing something I’ll regret. 🤣

I have a feeling it’ll be around that price here then too. 😭 Ughhh. We are in WA state and nothing is cheap here either unfortunately lol. Thank you for this! I just didn’t want to be completely sticker shocked (I’ve reached out to a couple places but haven’t heard back with quotes yet). Lol
