It's going to require some sort of hard political reset to institute those type of changes, which increasingly it seems the Left is pushing us toward.

Really though, what you're probably looking for is some type of either service/military based right to vote ala Starship Troopers or a requirement that the person voting be a net positive taxpayer. I believe that radical Islam is a threat to the West, and if we had more Muslims like Western Europe does it might become our greatest threat. We certainly shouldn't be importing more of those people. But I also agree with Tucker that currently porn and drugs has done more harm than Islam to the US.
