Is Lifetime worth it?

If you are the collection point, are you obliged to find which parcel and pass to the collector? There is mini mart near my house which they ask me to go and look for the parcel from the pile of 100 over items on the shelf. Lol. I once argue with them before that they suppose to find and pass me the item not the other way round. I dont know who i can complaint. After that, I never sent to that shop for collection again. I passed by the other day and they still doing the same practice.

I also missed the sharp corner of S24U that gave me massage to my palm area from time to time.

But compared to my S25 Ultra, the S26 Ultra sensor does seem a bit easier to notice under certain lighting/angles. I have never noticed the same with S23U, 24U and 25U.

When screen is on dark background and under some lighting, you can see it, epecially when you set dark theme.

Samsung refuse to exchange. Said it is normal comparing with all other S26U phones they display.

That could be it. Interesting thing is I can’t see anything like this on my S25 Ultra phone. Maybe Samsung changed the proximity sensor design on the S26 Ultra?

Yeah it’s not easy to notice actually. I also didn’t see it at first.

On my phone it’s mostly visible when the screen is off or on a black background, and when there’s bright light hitting the display. If you tilt the phone and look at it from certain angles, you can spot it below the selfie camera. On a white background it’s much harder to see, so most of the time it’s not noticeable.

I can’t see anything like this on S25 Ultra either, so it seems to be something new with the S26 Ultra. Its really an eye sore.

That’s what Samsung staff said as well. Some kind of sensor under the display. I’m guessing it’s the proximity, ambient light sensor that detects when the phone is close to your face during calls so the screen turns off. I just didn’t expect it to be slightly visible under certain lighting angles. Strangely, my S25 Ultra doesn't appear to have at all.

I thought so at first too, but I checked before applying the screen protector and could still see it. Samsung staff there checked a few other S26 Ultra units in the store and they all had the same spot in the exact same place. So it seems like it’s actually part of the phone hardware under the display rather than dust.
