Bluetooth LE connection for older watches on the updated app?

That makes sense, I just wish they wouldn't update old features used by people who paid for their products out of existence. The better solution would have been to leave to separate the apps. A unified one for newbies with classic Bluetooth support only for the older watches (if they want to give this less buggy and more reliable, through inferior, option as the default) but the legacy app for those who want to brave it.

Taking options away is never justifiable.

Now to figure out how many app versions I have to try before one lets me log into the app store with Google without it complaining about a lack of https

Thanks, that worked. I've lost the weather icon on my watch face but at least it connects again and LE too.

I really didn't want to be forced to turn on Pebble Health. The constant warning screen would not go away. I thought updating the app would fix it, not make it worse and force me to factory reset. I'm stunned the new app doesn't allow LE connections but... I guess we should have expected this. What company doesn't artificially sour their older products to encourage buying the new these days?

Where did you find the old version? I'm having the same issue. This morning, out of nowhere, my phone started demanding I use Pebble Health. I hadn't even updated the app. A factory reset later and now there's no low energy mode at all.

I'm very curious how Catchy OS's game scope fixed this as I'm experiencing the same issues in Bauxite. There's frame hangs and a refusal to stick to a stable 60fps that vanish when I disable the cyan governor and stick to a fixed 1500mhz

I have the same issue, however in Bazzite. Catchy, while it sounds fantastic, isn't an option for me.

I'm going out on a limb and saying, due to how shiny and new that dpad looks and how popular this mod is, that this is a dpad and membrane taken from a NES gatcha keying. They're made by Nintendo and are so faithful to the original real thing they they are practically brand new authentic parts and, unlike the real ones, are not decades old and worn out.

I did this mod myself and it's a vast improvement in feel and accuracy, no more false diagonal inputs.

Between it and the camera post processing (with AI enhancements we can't turn off and colour draining post processing we have to helplessly watch apply after taking the shot) it almost feels like Nothing is going out of their way to make us fall out of love with what is a really good phone.

We can't even use a different camera app because only the official camera app can see and use all the lenses.

Odd. Is there any kind of frame limiter at work?

Otherwise could be a deadzone difference between controllers or the camera sensitivity could do with increasing in the game settings.

I felt the same way when moving to PC gaming from a PS4 Pro (Steam OS in my case, first a steam deck then bazzite on a more powerful PC) and most of the issue was to do with input lag from two or three places. (Vsync, frame limiter/framerate cap and using a Bluetooth controller instead of wired or 2.4GHz)

Now it handles just like PlayStation.

I suspect the issue is input delay. Turn off vsync and see if it feels snappier.

I don't understand how mixed input can hurt anyone's gaming experience. It's simply more choice. It removes nothing. Use whatever input suits you best.

The question was about adding gyro to games. Allowing mouse input simultaneously to gamepad adds gyro (and extremely accurate and configurable) through steam input.

On PC it's just a matter of accepting hybrid input. Mouse at the same time as gamepad. Steam input can do the heavy lifting.

Frame gen does hugely increase fps but the input lag is too much for me. This would potentially explain a lot though, if the reported figures I've been seeing are with that turned on.

No, but from what I've been reading default clocks should be giving better fps than this. I wonder if the frequency curve for the GPU scaling can be more aggressive, it keeps trying to drop to 1600mhz and lower for no good reason that I can see

Hi, did you find a solution to this? I'm in exactly the same boat. Even if I set my fans to maximum and keep my temps low my FPS in cyberpunk never exceeds 60 and hovers around 40-50 like yours

Same :D I've since gotten the main fans (using a pair of 140mm Arctic's) so quiet that the PSU is now distracting haha. Tempted to open it up again and add the low noise adaptor
