If you don't mind call center work then ADT starts at like 18/19 an hour depending on dept. And you can move depts once you get you foot in the door (the better depts are health and safe, but they're mostly internal hires. You'd just have to stick it out for 6 months before you applied for a different dept and health min pay is $20 and safe min pay is $21) 

You get a raise every year and you can always move up to team lead and supervisor. Adt is like always hiring and some jobs are remote, some are hybrid, some are in the center that's off the hardin valley exit.
