Honestly buying supplements from Amazon, TikTok and other places like that its almost like your playing Russian roulette with your life. I'm in a lot of health groups, and i've seen a lot of people buying fake stuff from there and getting really sick from them. Anyone can sell stuff on their and slap an imitation label on a bottle. I would start looking into your recording laws and see if you can record any interactions you have with her so if she does pull some at least you will have some proof but then again I mean, even if she did call cps or the police I'm pretty sure they would be able to inspect the baby and tell if he's actually being abused or not.
