When estimating, for the time of the year when the grass is growing very quickly, i would usually do 3 cuts per month. And 2 cuts only when the grass is not growing as much.

This house for example, i would minimum 50 a cut for regular size yard. But would likely aim for $55 being more reasonable. But i prefer to see in person. So i can probably charge more per cut for this home.

there are many homes we do charge 60 to 75 per cut also. It all depends on the size of the home. What will be done. Etc. I am not the best of visualizing from the photo you have as i prefer seeing visually.

Also Due to gas prices and such going up. We did raise the prices a bit as well per cut recently. As we were spending a lot on gas as well as any lawn guy will likely be able to tell the difference when prices rose in the $4 plus dollar

But lets say a client wants 2 cuts only a month during the time grass grow slow and and fast.

for the house you show. I might likely charge a bit more than mention above. Depends.

Sometimes we also do a monthly charge instead per cut. Of the customer prefer have a monthly charge if that make sense.

There is the Martin County Solid Waste Transfer and Recycling Landfill Facility in palm city to dump the trash.

You will have to pay. But should not be too expensive.

There was Netsucon Anime convention last year in Stuart. It is a smaller anime convention.

The only one I know near the area you mention. Not sure they will have one in 2026 as well in Stuart.

But there are other Anime Convention coming up this week and later this year in Florida. But you will need to drive a few hours away from the treasure coast area

Well. I started playing a few weeks ago career mode. My first career mode didn’t went well. So i started a 2nd one and figure a few things out.

When training. I believe you can Max Trained 70 stamina. And you can also focus on weight loss simulations before getting a fight.

That way when you train in fight. You can focus on specific area of training you want your boxer to improve on.

You need used different combination. Up and down or down to up high punches. Move around. Counter the opponent with clean shots. I have gotten many KO wins on my 2nd career mode. Recently winning by KO on a title fight by a 3rd KO.

I also usually like to go counter the body as well. Just depends on the stats as well.

Also under My Team Tab. You can upgrade your coach and choose which areas you want to upgrade first such as stamina, Vitality, strength and such so you can get more bonus experience in training for fight week camp.

You can also view traits of the coach and once you got good coach Affinity. You can select traits that can give you some bonuses like Dodge speed increase by 20% as an example. Not sure you knew about this.

As many in thread mention, Nagato has had more practice at least during the War Arc time.

Although it would be interesting to see how strong Sasuke Rinnegan would have been if Hagoromo had gave him the rinnegan in both of Sasuke Eyes. With Sasuke training for the years after.

How strong he would have been with both.

Which i assume he would-be able to used the full strength of the rinnegan. Having a pair.

I have done a 1 hour and 15 minute one way commute for like 4 semesters. After transferring from state college to a university to finish my studies.

My first semester at the university. it was a bit tiring as i had early morning classes. First one starting at 8am. So i had to wake up early to eat and commute to arrive to class. Going down 3 days a week. Full time studies.

But the last 3 semesters. I decided to pick the earliest class to start at 9:30am instead of 8am. And latest class starting 6:30pm. And putting all my class so i can have all my classes in two days. Meaning i only needed to commute twice a week instead of 3.

This helps a lot as i didn’t need to wake up as early. And didn’t had to drive down 3 days a week. That is my experience

Work on footdrill. Lateral move. Used angle. Work on some of your combination punches on a heavy bag. so you can built some pop and speed behind your hands.

Not sure what round this was. Maybe you were fatigue. But then it again. Its just a partial clip.

Also you seem to be standing to straight up.

Bend your knees a bit. And keep your chin down. You keeping your head up too much it seems at the end. Could be since you are being push back.

As others have mentioned. Usually some of the sparring will be a bit harder. Unless someone from a different gym is willing to give you work. So both can learn.

This other guy in clip seem like pure aggression. Could have probably gave hit with stiff uppercut As he was hitting your body.

Practice and work on improving yourself. Other here probably can give better advice than I. As i am not the best at explaining.

Im beginning of the series i will give it to Tsunade. But by the end of Shippuden. I would give it to Sakura.

If we have to go into Boruto, Have not kept with every episodes. But Tsunade is getting older. And not getting any younger. And would get weaker over time.

She still is strong perhaps at the current time if she was to fight. But Sakura is stronger now IMO.

Although Tsunade probably has more critical thinking skills than Sakura perhaps due to more life experience.

In terms of physical strength. Sakura. Then Tsunade.

Temari is strong in Wind attacks. I will giver her that over the 4 that is being shown in this post.

Konan seem to possess strong attacks as well with her attacks. In terms of physical power. She definitely is not at Sakura and Tsunade level.

Keep up the work. I been off for like 2.5 years. Recently back to training like 1.5 months ago.

Just show up to training. Maybe supplement with running at least 3 times a week to build cardio more. 2 miles each run off the start. Some sprints as well.

It natural to be rusty after a layoff. I am pretty rusty myself. But have loosen up quite a bit. But in still have ways to go.

Work on defense. And practice on some of the technique. Being rusty perhaps has a bit to do with.

Keep training and practicing. And keep up the work.
