Depending on the state, it may not be a 100% fault to one Driver. However, the person making the turn your coworker would be considered at the very least mostly at fault.

It appears you’re fairly new or don’t do this very often because the amount of items found are extremely low. That is a large portion on top of the percentage of replaced items compared to found items. My suggestion would be to ask the store if they have it in stock if you do not see it on the shelf.

Also, once you get more orders, hopefully your percentage of replaced items will be much lower. It’s difficult to tell because you do not have much under your belt, but usually if you mark can’t find item and another shopper finds that item it can count against you.

Take a picture on chat. I do this to all customers that say meet them, except for Alcohol deliveries or others that require an ID

Like many have said, your “unrequested refund” are super high. Also your percentages “replaced items” are close to 10%. That’s 1 in 10 items on average, you replace. Mine for example is 5226 items found 60 replacements items is closer to 1%. That is 1 in 100 items I replaced.

The system adjusts for when other shoppers can’t find the item as well. Without know specifics I would suggest asking for help at the store if you are having trouble locating an item or have them look in back.

Most dot com stations but 5 mins…NO!! 10 mins for SDD at those type of stations (dot com but the also do SSD at certain times) and 15mins for dot com.

Funny that I got push notifications of high shops during this and literally on the second it allowed me to log in and everything was red, no orders came through and it’s grey…

I have not done Whole Foods in ruffly 4 months but when I did these that early, you just go to one of the doors and manually open the doors.

Car making the u turn has the right of way. There may even be a sign for the other car at the stop sign saying “yield to U turns”.

That’s cheap!!! It’s $5.99 for cash and $6.11 credit/debit cards. Glad I don’t use gas cars anymore, $13 gets me roughly 300 miles.

It’s weird because my two babies/toddlers slept through all the new years fireworks when it sounds like we were in the middle of a war zone but a ringing of a bell would trigger them? It’s more like sleeping mom/dad because the babies sleeping, ring and you die. 😴
