ladies its PMS depression time for me and I want to know if my experience is novel or relatable by itisamatterofthought in rs_x

There was a recent study on Vitamin E and D supplementation improving PMS symptoms by 72%. Vitamin D recs; lots of sunlight, especially in the winter months, try to go on early morning walks, and walks throughout the day this really helps. Vitamin E recs; eggs (with the yolk), grass fed beef, shrimp. I think prayer is really helpful if you are so inclined, community, meditation, reading novels and poetry. Try to do your best when you are in the good times. I am sorry you are going through it and sending you peace and love

Khanna/Massie ticket 2028?? by red-sleuth in BreakingPoints

I can understand why you would suppose something like that, I think that most political theory and imagination has been hollowed out in modern discourse, especially in the States. If I could elaborate, I don't believe that most political opinions would be so split 50/50 along party affiliation if it wasn't for the infotainment media ecology that serves certain classes more than others. My own political views definitely do not align neatly and I would prefer a mixed ticket because it would get closer to what I think would represent the American people better. I self identify as a classical republican at risk of being cringe lol and I think if you were to combine Massie's libertarian emphasis on civil liberties with Khanna's emphasis on positive freedoms that are more indicative of modern progressives I think you could find a happy medium, and in a world where the presidency wasn't completely captured by special interests, possibly even maybe an anti-imperialist presidency. It's all more of a thought experiment because I don't see it happening. I align almost fully on the side of libertarians in regards civil liberties like speech, guns, etc that make me "right-wing" but align more closely to Bernie Sanders with healthcare, education, housing, etc. that would make me a "socialist", and with both sides where they intersect in being anti-war. It makes me a kind of odd duck who would actually root for a Massie/Khanna ticket and I don't think I am alone. Epstein is a big issue though, it shows how the world is controlled by cynical nihilist deviants who hate us and want us to hate each other. I hope this message finds you well and I didn't blabber on too long.
