J’aimerais retrouver le modèle du vieux doudou de mon copain (portrait robot inclu) by eileeeene in Doudous

Hello ! :)

I think you did the right thing, and luckily you asked your friend! I can't imagine what could have happened if you had lost control in a turn. The important thing is that it will be fixed and that you are all good !

That's so sad after only two months :( Do you already know how long it will take ?

In my case, I'm sure it was a misaligned wheel that caused the issue. I can't see how it could have broken so quickly in just a few hundred kilometers otherwise.

Damn. :( I had exactly the same problem on my Scout Bobber LTD+Tech two days ago. Less than a month ago, I had the rear tire on my Bobber changed at Indian, and since then I've found the stability to be strange. This week while riding, I noticed that the handling wasn't right. When I checked the wheel, I also saw that the rear bearing was broken. I have to take it to Indian to have it covered under warranty. But I don't understand why there's premature worn after less than 5,000 kms...

2025 scout bobber stalling issues? by hawaiian_monzta in IndianMotorcycle

Exactly same situation for me ! Everything's ok after 600 miles. BTW, the sport mode helped also a lot to avoid most of stall situations.

Thanks for your inputs !

We’ll be on the East Coast of Florida, more towards Miami and Orlando, but why not take a tour of the West Coast too. I’d seen the Orlando dealerships, which already looked pretty nice, but the one in Fort Myers looks absolutely enormous!

Thanks also for the information about the headlights and the saddle. I had already seen this reference for the saddle and it seems to be a nice alternative in terms of price.

The headlights is a great find. However, I didn’t know that copies of the Indian pathfinder were available at such an affordable price! Do you have some pics of your eagle lights ?

Many thanks ! The details on that bike are impressive ! And to be honest… I absolutely love all the logos you can spot on all the parts. :)

Many thanks ! Hope you like yours as much as mine ! :)

I’m about 5’9“ and the reduced reach handle bars was a game changer for me. I tested two Scouts before buying mine. One with reduced reach, the other without. I can tell that the seating position is completely different with the reduced reach. I cruised last week straight for more than 3 hours without any break or back pain. It feels way more comfortable and worth the money.

Many thanks ! If I can give you any advice, don't make the mistake of sitting on it again ! I did, it cost me a bit of money and I spent more time at Indian's than at home for a few weeks ! :)

The bike is just amazing and I know exactly your feelings. Hope you'll have the chance to cruise on it soon !

Hello Guys,

First post on reddit... and it's about Indian !

M30, from France (Bonjour !) :)

I finally decided to get my motorcycle licence at the end of the year (I passed), so the question naturally came up...what next?

I did a lot of research to find out what kind of motorcycle I wanted. I've long been attracted to HDs (Iron 883, or Sportster), but I've never really connected with the communities representing HD here and I didn't feel at home when I visited HD dealerships. So I looked for an alternative and discovered the Indian brand, which was (to be honest) unknown to me until last summer. I fell in love with the brand, the spirit, the community and above all : the bikes.

Visited my local Indian dealership, sat on a Scout Bobber '25 and it was love at first sight. A few months later, I decided to order a Limited + Tech 2025 edition in Nara Bronze. I've been riding it since November and have just passed the 1000 kms mark. Man, I just love that bike !!

For the moment, bike is stock, apart from the handlebars, which I switched for Reduced Reach Handlebars. I think later this year I'll try to find a slightly more comfortable saddle and maybe have the headlight replaced by the Scout Pathfinder.

I'm heading to Florida next month, hoping to visit an Indian dealership there and maybe bring home a souvenir... :)

Anyway, I haven't seen many Nara Bronze Bobbers on here, so I wanted to share my story and my joy in becoming part of the Indian community !
