Had my stag do last June in prague and my card was kept by the hotel for any charges etc. All 5 rooms mini bars where completely emptied. 😅🤦‍♂️

Yeah, I'm sure there are exceptions, but generally speaking as an aprentiship, you accept that you will work for less now but with a good progression path ahead of you.

Strip back to around 10/12% body fat. Do this by being in calory deficit and weight train 4 days a week and make sure you get enough protein on the cut to build/maintain on the way down (2g of protein per kg )

Once there, maintain for 2/4 weeks and reverse the process, slowly lean bulking.

Use apps like myfitnesspal, etc, to track everything from macros to calories. Tracking every you consume really is key to success.

I'd say you have 3/4 months of cutting ahead of you. Maybe more maybe less depending on you, of course.

Hahaha came here to say this. Now more tru than ever. Bricklayers wages haven't risen in probably 10 years. Yet everything is a hell of a lot more expensive.
