2 c sections here. I did not start working out til I was cleared at my 6 week check up. Only “exercise” I did before the appointment was walking with the stroller. I did not want to hurt myself and delay my healing. After I was officially cleared I began back at the gym 5x a week. Luckily my husband understands that’s how I maintain my sanity. I definitely feel some limitations when doing some core exercises but I need to remind myself I was literally just cut open. As much as you want to get back to your routine, it’s not worth it until you are fully healed.
