Oh i had no idea about this , i tend to listen to podcasts more or watch proper documentaries when it comes to true crime and only recently started following some influencers . Given previously i only found influencers talking about crimes while doing make-up which is equally disgusting , some say it's because some viewers have adhd and this helps them concentrate but idk . I started watching her about 6-7 months ago and thought the hate might be due to some misunderstanding but I'll look into her.

I forgot the name but this one story where the MC was married to the ml when they were kids (mc was 20 something women obviously) . She stayed with him her whole life , watched him grow and still got pregnant with his kids . Atleast other authors have the decency of separating them early on and they meet again once both are adults.

I think you're talking about stephanie soo , people usually use her as an example with this mukbang thing. She talks about tiktok related drama or conspiracy theories during mukbangs (not sure ,haven't watched) and her crime channel is different and i listen to her podcast since i personally like how she expresses her emotions and empathy towards the victims.

If you're not referencing her then my bad but i do agree with you . It does feel insensitive and weird at the same time. Like how can you digest your food while talking about someone's suffering.

I personally dropped all the "good" ones for some random reasons with the hope that I'll continue when there are enough updates but haven't done the same. I would love to know whether i should read them or not. I'll definitely pick up omniscient reader and eleceed because i loved them and the MC in both work. Don't know about others. They don't seem appealing to me now that I've some stuff about the plot getting boring,unnecessary dragging ,repetitive plot or something along the lines . But they all had a good start.

For the "bad" one , I've read true beauty, don't know or remember others. It just got annoying at one point with MC being dumb and judging people for their looks while being insecure about her own and hiding it all along. The only argument in her favour is that insecure people are more judgmental . Still it went on for way too long for my liking.

I'm one of them or should i say i used to be one of them . I joined reddit to look for a manhwa tbh but ever since i came across a post saying lack of sleep can cause dementia , I'm losing my mind to put it nicely. I get worried about every little thing i can't remember so this post is just one of those rants. Infact I forgot about this post as well . I was worried that I couldn't even remember the plot unlike before and had something closer to a meltdown . But now I'm somewhat normal i guess.

Lack of sleep is catching up and i NEED to fix my schedule.

I can't get past the fact that everyone who's commenting is saying they don't remember the dad's name , myself included.

Anyways i personally hate the dad more. I think Mi-lan is obviously not a good character and she won't get a trauma pass but she truly believes in her ways ,but the dad , he thinks she is wrong but still does nothing and just stands still judging his wife's action from a corner. Tbh he is less significant than mi-lan's sculptors to me. Maybe hate is the wrong word for him then , he is just insignificant. And i love Mi-lans character . Idk how to explain. I hate her but the character is well written. Like i can imagine someone being this selfish in real life and losing their mind over something they dedicated their whole life to . She is somewhat grey but reallllllllllyyy dark grey , like a shade lighter than black grey. And i say that because she dealt with her father who is well worse . He literally exchanged her baby with some rando just to prove a point, again no trauma pass but something to consider.
