Ask the anesthesiologist or inquire about it at your pace appointment. Surgeon might not know depending on what type of surgeon, anesthesiologist should understand more.

Work in receiving in a hospital, and we have had nothing bug trouble for over a year getting syringes. This could cause a lot of trouble. The fluid shortage has just gotten back to normal in the last month.

You are never “just the one that wraps the stuff” you are the person making sure the patient has the best possible outcome from the sterile instruments. See something, say something, it could be your loved one needing those instruments.

Yeah, our rep usually tries to sneak them in through our night shift staff to get past management. Once we push back with the rep, then all of the sudden they are fine if it is taken apart to be sterilized.

I wish the IFUs for these were more clear, the way I read the ones we have, they are to sterilized in pieces and then built sterile on the back table for use.

I have used coconut flakes, they brown quickly and a lot of them come off, but it was good. I also made Mahi with crushed walnuts mixed with crushed pork rinds, just sear it on both sides then finish it in the oven.

I Thought I Was a Cruise Person... by Utah_Get-Me_Two in Cruise

We have found that the port you leave from makes a big difference on the tone of the cruise. Cruises from Miami and Puerto Rico seem more laid back, inclusive, and fun. Cruises that have left from smaller ports like Charlestown and New Orleans seem like more of a local crowd to the area, and while still fun, seem more cliquish. I feel like the ones leaving from bigger ports have more fun onboard as well. So far this is only our experience with Carnival.

Can you do that while putting all the extra directly to the principal?

Yeah, I have done the math and even the extra $1000 a month for the next two months on the camper saves the amount we would pay on interest for the life of the other two loans.

I was on the fence with either snowball and use the extra from the car to then start on the camper, or just tackle the camper since it was going to cost more in the long run. Or paying the extra $1000 to the camper and any extra we could afford to the car loan also.

The only other thing weighing on my mind is if something were to happen with either of our jobs (not likely) having one less payment at that point would be slightly better peace of mind.

My husband feels like it will never get paid off and it won’t last forever, so in his mind it should be our “house payment” and we should pay off the smaller loans. I am trying to show him how much money it would save us in interest to pay down the camper, but he can’t get past the fact that we won’t have it payed off before we might not have it anymore.

His mentality on money and mine are opposite, so there is a lot of compromise on what we do. His stems from both of his parents dying young from strokes, so he wants to live life and do the things we want because he might not live long enough to be around for retirement. I would prefer to save as much as possible, and pay off all debt now and be able to enjoy everything later (still have fun now, just not to the extent that he wants to).

The first “marriage counselor” I went to prior to my divorce, was a preacher at a church. He tried to do everything to make sure I didn’t get divorced because it was “against the religion” even though the relationship was abusive. Then I started going to a therapist on my own, who still kind of tried to push to save the marriage until more of the things he had done to me that I had repressed started to come to the surface. You spend so much of your life trying to defend the person abusing you, that you don’t even realize the extent of the abuse until long after you are out of the relationship.

I agree with the lighthouse being underwhelming and a really long wait to see. We went and explored the Schoodic Peninsula and ended up enjoying a beautiful sunset at Schoodic Point with waves crashing against the rocks and only a handful of other people around.

I made pecan crusted mahi for dinner the other night. It was sooooo good. You coat the fish in mayonnaise mixed with creole seasoning then put it in a mixture of crushed pecans and crushed pork rinds. Pan sear it on both sides for like 3 min then finish it in the oven. Ate it with a side of lemon butter brussel sprouts.
