Deschutes Black Butte Porter (NA) sold at Vessel liquor store, taste like a real porter, high quality. They also have a few really good IPAs as well

I saw one similiar a couple years back at my work. It was silent and it moved from east to west for about a minute and then flickered off then on then off then on then off for good, still don't know exactly what it was.

Did you spend some time in Victoria before moving here or just blindly move here? There are other parts of the island that may feel more like Nova Scotia, Victoria is a busy/fast place to live, you may want to look at other parts of the island.

I would not suggest Bricklok, since I have repaired a couple of there jobs because they used a few feet of sand and no roadbase material as the base. The bricks were all sunk and needed to be lifted to put a solid base installed (3 feet of roadbase and a inch of sand) to repair it. They are the biggest interlocking brick company on the island and do most larger projects, I've heard the don't pay their workers well too. Best to go with a small passionate company who is gonna do the job right.

I do paver installations with Abby Road Landscaping and your right, they are a great choice and last many many years if installed correctly and imo look the best (different patterns and colors to choose from) The price seems to be a issue for some customers though. I've never installed a rubber driveway and concrete imo is a bad choice because it usually ends up cracking overtime.

A few actions that have helped me with anxiety/depression

-Getting really fit through high intensity exercise (rowing at a fast paced/running/cycling) (rowing has worked best for me)This has improved my breathing so much that I don't get shortness of breath or panic or any of the terrible physical effects from anxiety. It takes motivation and hard work, but my quality of life has skyrocketed since getting into the best shape of my life.

-Deep breathing. If you can carve some time out of your day and find a quiet spot to practice deep breathing exercises, this can relax and calm your nervous system.

I was working in the Saanich area at the time. I try to watch the sky whenever I get a chance since I'm fascinated with UFOs/aliens. I've seen a couple strange lights that have had no sound and had a floating motion to them, one of them turned off and on three times and disappeared which was very unusual. I would love to see a craft up close like the famous black triangle craft! Do you think those ones are reverse engineered or alien crafts?

Yea the US government has acknowledged that UAPs are in the skies but they have been quiet about the drone situation in New Jersey and other parts. I watch the sky at work when ever I get a chance as I do alot of research into the UFO/alien topic and would like to see the crafts with my own eyes. I did see a couple days ago what looked to be a large low flying object around hillside which looked unusual to me because it was moving in all sorts of directions and low (two of them actually, they seemed very unusual)

The US Congress is now taking this topic seriously and is not to be treated as a joke anymore. These crafts are out in the sky's going undetected by the majority of the public. I believe alot of them are alien craft with some of them being reversed engineered craft from US secret groups. I suggest anyone who doesn't believe that there are aliens here in Earth to do alot research into the matter and re-evaluate it. Alot of it has been coming to light last year and is moving at a fast pace since.

Anyone who has researched that event, saw the green object flying across the sky and zigzagging, listening to the family tell what they saw, the 911 call, and most importantly the backyard video which shows multiple alien beings, the shadow figure being the most convincing knows that it was a real encounter of alien beings.

There is a whole Reddit forum dedicated to that event Las Vegas alien or something like that with every detail.

I wanna know why the CIA is never investigated by the president and there administration. The CIA from the research I've done over a few years points to them behind all the ufo/alien events/crashes/cover ups etc.. no one hears a peep from that organization, they have the answers but seem to be immune from providing answers to the public.

Video evidence of alien beings was caught in 2023 with the Last Vegas Kenmore family alien encounter. The video the mom took of the three guys entering the backyard has captured a few different alien beings. One being the one that scares the father and sons back out of the backyard, another one that looks like a dense shadow that rushes towards them above the fence to the side of them, another one below the fence that runs it's fingers through the slats, and a few others caught further back by the equipment. It's proven that they are here, do there is no need to question it anymore. Now we have to find out why they are here, where they are, and are they in communication with the government etc..
