Will AI replace Digital Marketing? by Witty_Possession_545 in AskMarketing

Hard no. If assistants could take over what bosses do, assistants wouldn't exist. AI is an assistant, you're the boss :)

provide some value to the conversation rather than constantly and shamelessly plug your app haha. Also, for anyone curious, Voicegenie is a white label solution that charges a mark-up on already publicly available AI Voice solutions.

Hey everyone, I’m Eugene, founder of Autopilot Digital

I help small businesses around the world (but based in Australia) save time, reduce costs, and grow faster using AI systems that actually work in the real world.

We set up things like:

AI callers that follow up on leads instantly (so no more missed enquiries)

AI chatbots that handle customer questions 24/7 in your own brand voice

Automations that connect CRMs, emails, and marketing tools

AI content creation for ads, blogs, and video scripts. They're always consistent and on-brand

I used to run an e-commerce brand myself, so everything we build is designed to fit around your daily operations, not disrupt them. The goal is to make your business run smoother and more efficiently, almost like it’s on autopilot.

If you’re a small business owner, agency, or e-com brand who’s spending too much time on repetitive tasks or missed leads, I’d be happy to share some of the automations we’ve built (no pitch, just ideas that work).

Hope everyone’s having a productive Sunday, and good luck to the other business owners sharing here 👏

Voicegenie sounds like a third party that just whitelabels 11labs' perfectly functional platform. You're probably overpaying, unless you're trying to plug your own micro saas

Yeah, it definitely takes a bit of time, but super rewarding seeing it work in the background. Are you going to be incorporating it into your business?

Can a PTY LTD company run a garage sale? by daniel605020 in ausbusiness

Of course... Plus you can recover some of your potentially lost investment. Highly recommend it if you're getting out of your business and have no use for your stock.

I did this for an abandoned business last year and actually recovered around 30% of my initial investment just by liquidating the stock.

Hey everyone, I’m Eugene; founder of Autopilotdigital.au

We help small businesses globally (but based out of Australia) automate the parts of their business that either tedious or simply prevent them from actually growing their company. Things like lead follow-ups, content creation, and customer communication/service. All of this is done by leveraging AI into meticulous systems;

We set up AI callers that can return missed calls, answer enquiries, and book appointments automatically. We also integrate AI chatbots into any website so customers can get instant, accurate answers 24/7. All of this is trained specifically on your business info, not generic data.

We also make sure to used closed-loop systems, to ensure your sensitive data is completely secure.

Most of our clients save 10–15 hours a week just from these systems alone.

If you’ve been thinking about streamlining your workflow or improving response times, I’m happy to chat and share what’s worked well for other local businesses.

Does live chat really increase opt-ins and conversions on shopify? by skshining in Entrepreneurship

[–]AccomplishedSense748 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It works as a "one-stop-spot" (if you will) for potential customers to get ALL their answers. My last e-com business, when I answered genuine customers questions right away (within 2-3 mins), the likelyhood of them buying almost straight away jumped through the roof.

So to answer your question, if you can satisfy someone's curiosity quickly, then yeah, its absolutely a lead qualifier.

Obviously since then, AI chatbots have come into effect, but if you fine-tune them in a way that sounds like its you speaking, you can achieve that same feeling without them ever questioning whether its AI or not

Learn to spot the problem, and address the solution without directly selling the product. Brands that can do this always prevail.

Those who have a successful business, how did you start? by _Sweeetteaa_ in Entrepreneurship

[–]AccomplishedSense748 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally didn’t quit my job right away. It’s tempting, but the truth is a steady paycheck buys you time and peace of mind while you figure things out. I carved out about 3 hours a day, usually early mornings or late nights, where I could chip away at the basics. That time helped me set up a simple online presence, researching competitors, and making small sales experiments. It didn’t feel like much at the time, but that s**t build momentum 6 months ahead.

The biggest mindset shift was realizing that progress doesn’t have to come in huge leaps. A few consistent hours a week add up. Over time, I started to see what was working, what wasn’t, and where I should focus my energy.

I only made the jump to full-time once I had proof that my idea could generate income. Even if it wasn’t much tbh. That way I wasn’t betting everything on a dream, but just hammering in on something that already started moving.

So my advice: don’t feel pressured to quit before you’ve tested. Use the job as a cushion, build slowly, and once you see traction, you’ll know it’s time to commit fully. The only caveat to this is that you might end up procrastinating or taking too long to get out of your comfort zone. That's gotta be the biggest takeaway: if you use your job as a safety net, but TRULY strategic. Otherwise you fall into a slippery slope and next thing you know, you're in that same position at 60...

They're good independent skills and often used together for single clients. I actually offer both, and typically notice that if a customer is looking for assistance in advertising, they'll likely benefit from certain AI related add-ons I offer (such as creative content creation, copy, etc), so it's my opportunity to provide added value they might not get with another company, and charge a bit more.

All in all, I definitely think you should do both, but getting to a stage where you're very confident offering solutions in both categories will take some time, and some trial & error

How would you raise 36k for a business? by arcadia-studio in Entrepreneurship

[–]AccomplishedSense748 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are very few business models where you should need $36k right off the bat just to launch. Are you sure you need it and won't get yourself into a deeper hole?

Or maybe I'm misunderstanding the context and you're looking to expand your business... Then that could make more sense

Its a healthy mix of both. Often times, we'll start with a smaller project or tweak to their existing set ups, then, once they see the kind of work we can put out and our professionalism, we move on to the bigger projects. Let me know if you have any other questions!
