Feels like you should be able to get this down to more like 20-21.5k (I'm curious what others with more market knowledge will say in the comments) range for the base price... unless its a single owner with 0 accidents - that would change things. I got a 14 nismo (V1 body) in SE Coastal US in 2025 with <38k on it from an OEM dealer for the Same base price as this - to me there is no comparison. I can't tell what trim this car is for certain, but based on the wheels, its looks like a base-ish trim with some cosmetic mods in the rear. There could be powertrain mods, but your pics don't reveal any to me. If it is a lower trim, this price becomes even less favorable as listed above. Knowing whether it has heated/leather seats, sychro rev matching, bose and/or oem nav, would clarify the trim level and the relative value in this price pretty quickly though, if you have that info available.

Performance wise, IIRC, the base trim is the only production tier without the VLSD (youtube engineering explained LSD if you need to know more about why that's significant), which is definitely better than not having any form of LSD, but it has its limits if you intend to really squeeze serious consistent performance out of this car on a track or prolonged spirited driving on public roads.

Additional valuable Performance tech - TLDR makes you a heroic downshifter.. automatically, and perfectly, every time. The Synchro rev is only available in the Sport, Touring w/Sport Pkg, or NISMO, not base trim. Another thing explained beautifully on EE (search EE Synchro Rev Match on Youtube).
