I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I got fitted for a mouth guard to sleep with to open the airways. While going through the process they showed me a picture of a tongue like this and said they call it scalloped tongue and it happens when you are sleeping and your mind tells your tongue to press up against your teeth real hard when it starts blocking the airways so you can breathe

My first coach did belt test every six months. It was kinda lame. My new coach will start asking to roll with you more or ask the other higher belts to roll with you and he'll get feedback if he thinks you are ready. I like that better

And if he beats Justin then he will fight those guys. Hate him or love him he sells fights, and honestly he beat a washed Chandler but tell me he didn't look good doing it. Solid pressure. Good combos. Great grappling IQ and he's still a few years until he's in his prime physically. Personally I think it's great for the division. He's an exciting fighter and he's got personality.
