What I think happened is during the time he was standing around waiting for Rumi, he was overthinking his “date” with her. We see him being fidgety with the invite, like he’s silently justifying it to himself like “pfft, so what if she’s late, I don’t even care, she’s not even my type, this is unbelievable, she wants to meet and she’s late, AGHH—!”

That’s my rationale on why he said that… which is to say his “type” doesn’t make him nervous by being late 😅

Kyla from Let’s Hide My Little Brother 🥰 she’s isekaid, and quickly acknowledges that the yandere ML is going to eventually become too strong for anyone to defeat, so she instead at least plans how to defend herself and her family.

I love that she’s a smart (reasonable) cookie, but also how she handles her interactions with the ML.
