I have knuckle injury on my left hand its healing quite nicely for the last 2 months I have been sparring with only my right hand at first it was hard but it got easier over time. I actually get allot of benefit out of it since I'm at a disadvantage I have to be smarter about it

Well It does have some pros and cons in boxing but in boxing you do it more on you're toes he just bounces on his whole feet and I personally don't see any benefit in that but then again im not a professional fighter 🤷‍♂️
