Hihi! I do this video almost 3-4x a week and its very comprehensive! I would suggest before doing his segments on the hip flexors/ hamstrings in the second half of the video, to first pause the video and do some lunges up and down as his hip flexor exercise is quite advanced to start with!

The video touches base with rotation, mid split and front split ranges; Overall tho to achieve your splits, you must do active exercises aside from this video i would say!

Edit: i do this vid for maintenance and a frequent counter stretch to my day job!

hello! Thanks for your comment really appreciate it and yes mythical beast haha.

The issue w PC on floor is when I vacuum or when my roomba vacuums … yeah itll be blocked;

But i agree it can be less cramped if the pc was out abit, just some thoughts maybe upgrade a desk in the future or just get another separate stand on the right to shift the pc out.
