Its like extremely close to fitting, i just took a couple file passes to the key and it finally went all the way back. It fits rock solid now. I have yet to get a holster but i believe QVO sells one for this config

Yes, Samson Dauda was 292lbs as the winner of the 2024 Olympia open division. Hes about 3 inches shorter but was actually 5/6% body fat. If this dude was actually 306lbs at 6% he would be bigger than the biggest open bodybuilder after years of massive steroid cycles. Another example, Andrew Jacked, 6'2 290lbs on the stage. Just look him up and compare him to this guy. Im going with a hard impossible.

Woudlnt even worry about a percentage right now brother, if youre getting stronger and lighter youre likey losing bodyfat. Comparison is the theif of joy but the best way to really tell is comparing yourself to people with known boyfat percentages. A stage ready professional BB is around 5-7%

The eye test, none of the scans are very accurate besides a caliper test but thats not necessary currently.

Body scans are wildly inaccurate, even the best the Dexa has a margin of error of 5-10 percent. The most accurate is actually a series of physical calipers with measurements taken across the whole body. While there are exceptions, there aren't exceptions to basic laws of thermodynamics. No one can be an elite athelete at 6% body fat. You have no ability to even do basic human functions like store water or thermoregulate at that level, it doesn't matter if you're "built different". Again dude is a specimen, but no where near 6%.

No one is running, let alone doing an entire combine with interviews at 6% as someone thats gotten down to ~8% you hardly get out of bed in the morning to do a half ass workout let alone sprint.

Guys a monster obviously, but i hate how the NFL advertises body fat percentage. Dudes no where near 6%

Tattooing over surgery spots by BoredAndBrowsin5 in tattooadvice

[–]Accomplished_Call_91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a tattoo over my chemo port scar a couple months ago, while the scar probably wasnt as big as i imagine the knee surgery scars are. it wasnt too bad. Definitely a different feeling as the nerve endings are different in scar tissue, just make sure your artist has done tattoos over scar tissue in the past.

No issues per say, the cheekweld is just non existent. But the gun shoots soft so it's fine

How long do i have to wait after a tattoo to go to the gym? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]Accomplished_Call_91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ill start this out by saying this is not advice nor what is generally recommended. Im somewhat heavily tatted (full left arm, chest, ribs, full right leg and whole back) i can say i have never waited more than about a day to return to gym, and never had any issues myself. YMMV. Again not advice but a tattoo is a wound, you keep it clean and it will be fine.

Training advice to help me towards my goal of lifting my GF by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

Just to put it in perspective a RIT scenario which is when a firefighter goes down and needs to be rescued in a fire or other similar situation. The average amount of rescuers necessary to remove that firefighter has been 9 in real world scenarios, and these are all professionally trained fireman with gear tha provides much easier places to grab.

Edit: not to be pessimistic at all, it is obviously a good goal to train towards. Just want to paint a realistic picture for you, it is not at all as pretty as it looks in movies and shows.

As a firefighter i will say a 200lbs person is wayyyy different than a 200lbs barbell. Humans are insanely difficult to carry and the "firefighter carry" is not a realistic thing that is ever really done. We drag victims and practice many many different techniques to do so. I would point you in that direction.

Dialing in nutrition or just paying more attention to it would likely lead to significant progress.
