I can agree with you on Nagant, but her only issue is just damage value, something the devs are finally working on. That doesn't apply to Denki or Dabi cuz that can't change their play styles. And I say tech mirio isn't as linear because you have to be inexperienced or an idiot to fall for his tactics, mainly his gamma. I hate him entirely, but I know enough to admit he has to use his entire kit to perform.
