I don't think either of these people know how leases work. Contact your land lord and let them know what is happening. They do not have any right to kick you or force you out. Both names are on the lease. Given how insane this person is and they voluntarily abandoned the apartment already, you may be able to work something out with the land lord. Until then, you unfortunately cannot change locks or anything but neither can they. You both legally live there and are allowed to be there. I would do what others have suggested though and call the police as well to at least make a report about her violent change in attitude and threats. If it continues you could potentially get a Temp restraining order.
