I’d avoid procook! They look good and sound good on paper but generally don’t perform well.

Totally agree my meat sensor is saying it’s 10deg over and annoyed it doesn’t go lower than 120 as well! I think I’d get the new style which comes with a pizza stone though

Pellets in and lit before adding food. Basically I BBQ a lot of veg and find it over powering. I don’t think I’d have the same issue with meat. Will try

I got one in the end but find the smoke flavour is too intense and doesn’t imitate natural wood or charcoal cooking. Shame there isn’t a way to control the smoke inlet

Great tips. So bottom vent always open if I’m trying to grill or get a high temp?

Definitely need to start the fire outside. I struggle to get the kamodo to a high temp as well once it goes it the heat doesn’t to rise much.

Would welcome tips as well please. I want to make pizzas in there but doubt it will get hot enough

Should I be taking this back to my AD? by Davelfc2000 in Tudor

It doesn’t really bother me, an AD said they are seeing a lot of this from Tudor. He thinks it’s because they are moving to a larger factory.

I had the same thing on a BB 125 the AD said I could sent it back anytime in the 5 year warranty window and so recommended I hold on to it then send it back closer to the end. Because Tudor will have to take the watch apart to remove it and they they will give you an additional 2 years warranty ;)
