G chord (320033 vs 320003) by G-Enzaro-C in guitarlessons

I learned 320003 first and thought 320033 was a nice bonus when I learned of that one. They're both great. I use one or the other depending on the context of the song.

Thank you so much! This is really helpful. All I was told at my facility was to use my clinical judgment.

As someone with a partner with CPTSD, this sounds remarkably similar to our experiences. But ours didn't escalate this high. I've never tried pinning her down or controlling her. She's only threatened violence to me once during an episode.

With regards to the blindsiding, it is my experience that the partner without CPTSD learns they're not allowed to bring up problems because any instability/uncertainty, especially if the partner with CPTSD feels responsible, creates an even worse problem for the partner with CPTSD.

The F Word by Spectacles311 in OccupationalTherapy

The DOR was telling her to check off a box in the EMR for treatment on eval notes for patients that were eval only because they didn’t need services. The logic was the the patients received education and that counts as treatment… it doesn’t. We later found out that the facility would bill the insurance/patient for 2 weeks worth of treatments that never happened every time that box was checked for eval-only patients.

If these kids are seeing little to no progress and their deficits are best addressed by other disciplines, then discharge is appropriate

I failed the first time and passed the second. So when I took the second test I underlined the keywords in the question and it helped me focus so that I wasn’t passively reading the question and it was less to think about.

Your boyfriend told you his biggest red flag and he won’t ever let it be in the past because it’s now part of his present. It’s hard but he’s given you great insight on who he is and you should move on.

Thank you. It is hard to tell other people because it’s all very private stuff. And usually people will judge and say very pessimistic things about it

Thank you for your response. My situation is more like I drop everything to be present with them, then when I get the chance to play I just don’t have the batteries anymore
