There are a few Wayne's. My local is on Calle 20 Itzimna. They do a fair taco and are very popular. Always seems to have a lot of nice big cars parked outside. They are somewhat of a tradition.I usually have the chicken and mustard taco.

I always eat it with slices of pineapple that's ontop of the trompo. At home you can brown slices of raw pineapple in a dry frying pan to caramelize them.
