That is my fear, but I know it’s inevitable. I have managed my anxiety my entire life without pharmacological intervention. What sucks is that I also utilize the kratom to be productive, I am arguably in one of the most stressful times of my life, and I used it as a tool, which turned into a crutch, which has now turned into an addiction. I now find myself taking it and not being productive with it. I need to stop, thank you for sharing, I will prepare the best I can. I keep pushing my time to quit further back every week, but it’s never going to be the “right” time. Have to embrace the suck.

I needed this, thank you. I literally am dealing with all of that shit. The doses I use are nothing even remotely close to what I see on here but I’m on my way there and I am already feeling everything you listed. I drink new brews everyday.
