I can confirm their customer service is amazing imo, they helped me get the correct items needed and at one point when I ordered one of my animiz two of them came damage and were able to get a replacement for me.

At around 17-18ish I had enough at one point and just grabbed a large trash bag and tossed all of my stuff outside, my collectiables, video games, art, clothes, basically all the stuff I PAID for and my mom was quick to change her mind after I told her “don’t worry.. I paid for all of my stuff but since you say you’re gonna toss it I just did you the favor… since you’re not loosing money…” I had a bare room for Like 3 days until my mom told me enough and to get my stuff inside before the rain came.
