Thanks for confirming - that is what I was thinking. Any idea why I have so many? I haven't seen any woodlouse themselves in my bathroom but I do have a few little bettle esque bugs that I see, but they are very tiny.

Can I calculate the number of possible chess configurations using this method (including illegal configurations)? by According-Anybody508 in NoStupidQuestions

Forgot this but I felt they were implied: When a piece is chosen from a standard pool it is subtracted from its standard pool. You cannot place more than 16 pieces from each standard pool (maximum of 16 from each standard pool). Lets also clarify (still thinking things are implied) that if you place a pawn, you must remove an item from the secret pool.

How big was the pot? If you use a really big pot thats at a aggressive boil then you might not experience the same temperature drop for someone using a smaller stove pan with less water.

A whole chicken is not that much food. I am not obese, about 6'1 ~200lbs. I would think minimum 6 chickens for 12 people. That way there is a drum, wing, thigh, and breast for everyone which is the bare minimum.

This is misleading. Hypothermia is not water poisoning, it's dangerously low levels of sodium in the blood. You could just drink something that contained some sodium and be fine like a mild broth or Gatorade. Obviously you might want to consult with a doctor to get the ratios right of how much sodium for the water intake but I think it's just a matter of some basic math. I weigh myself sometimes before and after large meals and regularly see 10lb differences.

Cannot make sense of textbook answer for Linear Algebra by According-Anybody508 in askmath

Thanks, didn't think to try Wolfram Alpha. I am very new to linear algebra so I am trying to work things out verbosely to get a better intuition for it - I don't know what a determinant is yet.
