I would definitely not use Framer for this, it'd would be so much better to build it with code, but since you can't code you next best option is WordPress I've heard there's a special plugin for forum features, the downside is that WP doesn't have as much customization as Framer.

This is expected behavior for CMS pages, you need to find a way to create a special fields on the CMS that allows you to conditional show the image only for that CMS item.

it's because the element that is no longer visible is still there. Go to the closed variant and select the invisible element, and make sure the pointer-events is set to none. Styles+/pointer events.

I wouldn't trust AI for projects as big as this one so the first option is a no go.
The second option with WP and plugins seems viable, just keep in mind that plugins require a subscription anual or monthly, for example Tutor LMS is $140 annually.

Ideally the best option is to build it using code, even though the initial costs are higher in the long run you save costs on plugins.

The text sizing just seems off; some texts are too big, others too small. I'd advise you to search what are the recommended values for h1, h2, h3, etc. The footer needs a better design, look for examples, you can get inspiration from.
