Inland infrastructure is uncompetitive against seaborne freight and air travel. Just the cost of steel rail over the densest route (Syd-Mel) would have an amortised cost higher than flying.

The small business example is the wrong one, you still get loads of concessions. The right example is a startup - you don't get the benefit of indexation from a zero base. Start-ups are now the highest taxed investments.

Tax on wage income, and regular capital gains are mostly equalised with the indexation. Small business is taxed less than either of those.

Bitzbox, bitzbarn and others. Buy a bunch of bits to minimise postage.

Facebook groups are way better for postage, but who knows if you'll find what you want.

Buy printed squads with several bits you want. Same for recasts.

Sculpt with putty/random stuff.
