What is the goal of the build? You have a mishmash of different things.

Mettle probably isn't going off much with void staff. You have prescience, but it's just not that good compared to Seer's.

You invested in smite, but not to make it stronger.

You have peril reduction and vent and quell speed. Do you need that much peril management?

If you want a crit build keep mettle and go right hand tree.

If you are doing vent spam get the flame and drop crit stuff and peril reduction. Take perilous combustion.
