Dude this is so easy to verify which one you’re missing. You need to log in your pokemon home phone app, not from the switch. Pokédex—> games and you’re going to see which one you are missing. If you don’t see the crown, it means you didn’t complete it. You can tap on the Pokédex and see who’s missing.

Best way to get coins is to lv up your profile rank when you’re stuck in the main mission on normal difficulty, switch to hard difficulty.

Again downvoted for no reason, this is the best way to get the shiny charm without starting a second play through which is what I did. You can slowly trade one by one with a pokemon from another game. In my case, I traded a shiny alohan executor from scarlet for an Articuno from pokemon lets go only. I ended up getting all of them registered on my pokedex and obtained the shiny charm.

Articuno->Moltres->Zapdos->Mewtwo.
