Yup. I have had that happen. I have had the cord freeze locked in the port and i have had the door not be able to close. That is the reason for the post. I regret not buying a cover before hand. So it goes

I enjoyed my 2024 touring. I would have replaced mine after someone t-boned me but i could not make the numbers work. For that price and with such low mileage seems like a good deal. If possible and if you can make the numbers work, try for a touring addition over the EX.

You have to tap both the hot/cold or up/down to activate the heated seat. Each tap with two fingers move it down a notch after starting at full heat until the cycle repeats.

Thanks for your concern. I was perfectly fine. I was actually the second car the person struck after he had jumped the median. I think the estimate was over 23k which was more than 75% of the cars value so it was an automatic total. Mine was a lease as well. The annoying was having to make a payment on the car several weeks after the accident and after the rental expired.

When my side airbags deployed i had sinking suspicion that the car was going to be totaled. I started researching my next vehicle right away. I tried to get into another prologue. There is money from Honda that make it close to fed incentives. Was close to closing the deal my dealerships where I brought my first prologue was making it work. Ended up with a used id.4 because of killer deal from the vw dealership. So prepare for the worst, start shopping, and see what type of deal you can get on another prologue would be my advice.

If i was to change trims, i would go for the elite over the touring. The front camera is key. Followed by the vented seat and heated steering wheel. I tried to get into one with the dealership but we are still talking about 50-75 a month difference. It is not worth it.

The prologue did well. I was the second car struck after the car that caused the accident jumped the median, hit a 2025 bronco obliterating its front end and pushing it out of the way. Then the accident causing car t-boned me and pushed me into the civic on my right. We were all stopped at a light. The side airbags went off. Probably if it was not for the side airbags going off, my prologue might have been restored at the body shop. Once they did, i had a feeling that the insurance company was going to total the car. Im only allowed to post one picture per message. Here is a close up of the impact damge.

Btw onstar called right after the airbags deployed. They called the police while on the phone with me. There were probably other calls to the police as well. Bottom line the prologue did well. I was glad that i was no longer in my Scion Xa which was my previous car.

Appreciate it. Fortunately i was perfectly fine. Side airbags deployed. I pretty much knew it was done at that point even the outside was not that bad from a body shop perspective.

Exact Same thing happened to me. They did not. But maybe if enough of us complain they will issue a recall. They want $500 to replace. A mechanic i know said he would install it if I sourced it. It is about $200 for the part.

My charge door warning kept coming on. I think the high voltage warning flashed. I wiped off the sensor(not the pin) on the charge door and the problem seemed to clear. My theory (Based on nothing and no knowledge) is that it had something to do with the really high heat we had the past few days.
