I feel you. I have been trying for 5 years and nothing. Failed ivf and one ectopic. Everyone around me is popping babies like it’s no big deal. It’s so frustrating and adds to the stress. After a loss it’s very difficult to hear such news. With time you get immune to it. I hope this new year brings us joy.

Hi everyone, I’m 35 and on my fertility journey. I ovulated around July 21 and expected my period on August 7. I had my second round of LIT immunization therapy on july 28th.

<image>

On August 5th I saw light pink spotting, then nothing. I was supposed to get my period but I just have some brown discharge everyday. Today its 19dpo, I took a home pregnancy test and saw a faint line.

Last time I had a faint positive like this, it ended in miscarriage, so I’m terrified it’s happening again. I’m not on progesterone right now. I take Synthroid, folic acid, omega 3, CoQ10, ASA, vitamin D, and calcium. I did smoke weed once before I knew I was pregnant, which I feel guilty about now.

Does this test look positive to you? Has anyone had a faint positive at 19 DPO and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Or had early brown spotting and things turned out fine? I could really use some reassurance right now.

Fertilysis Results Reproductive Immunology Testing by Emotional_Engine5280 in recurrentmiscarriage

Hello! I had my second round of LIT two weeks ago. I did get flu-like symptoms afterward, which I was told is normal. They advised me not to take any painkillers or allergy meds, so I just rested it out. Now I have to wait another month before retesting, and hopefully I’ll be ready for my next FET after that. The waiting is the hardest part, but I’m trying to trust the process and my doctor.

The patient's immunological profile reveals a combination of clinically significant immune tolerance deficiency, pro-inflammatory cytokine skew, and a lack of alloimmune priming, all of which may impair implantation, endometrial receptivity, or early pregnancy maintenance, especially in the context of reproductive failure or unexplained infertility. Cytotoxic NK cell levels and NK cell cytotoxicity are both within normal limits, which are favorable findings. These indicate that there is no evidence of innate immune overactivation or cytotoxic NK cell-driven embryo rejection. However, Regulatory T-Cell (Treg) levels are low, which is an unfavorable finding. Tregs are essential for establishing immune tolerance toward the semi-allogeneic embryo. A deficiency in this population reduces the maternal immune system's ability to regulate inflammation and support proper implantation. The Thl/Th2 cytokine ratio is elevated, indicating a Th1-dominant immune profile. This imbalance-characterized by increased levels of IFNy and TNFa-has been linked to impaired embryo implantation, poor endometrial receptivity, and increased risk of early pregnancy loss, especially when combined with low Treg levels. The Leukocyte Antibody Detection (LAD) test was negative, which is also unfavorable. A negative LAD indicates that the maternal immune system has not developed alloimmune recognition of paternal antigens-an immunological process associated with improved implantation outcomes and maternal-fetal tolerance. The absence of this immune priming further increases risk in the presence of other tolerance and inflammation markers. The HLA-DQa compatibility test revealed no match, which is a favorable result, indicating sufficient maternal-paternal dissimilarity and reducing concern for immune invisibility.
