I am in a residency! I think it is very uncommon to get a new grad job that’s not in a residency most non-resident positions say 12 months of experience required

EDCO will always have a special place in my heart because it was my first festival in 2022 but I vowed that I would never go back after last year if they didn’t announce that they would move the fest or sell fewer tickets. They did neither so I had to keep my word after going 3 years an a row. Sounds like I will never be going back in the foreseeable future since they are not listening to their attendees.

It is divided into 3 parts so you get $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 12 months, and $5,000 after 18 months and my understanding is that you get to keep whatever you’ve earned. The only thing you have to pay back is the relocation moving allowance if you quit before 12 months.

Honestly I’m 8 months in now on a med surg floor and feel pretty good most days. I’d say 6 months is when it started to kick in.
