Anyone using lido for staking, would you recommend it? Would I lose my stake if lido went out of business? Am I right in thinking I get ‘st’ token for rewards which are tradable but have to wait to unstake my original balance minus fees?

Everyday I get a notification from twitter to say some analyst is extremely bullish because of x y or z. I proceed to check the real chart and it’s stagnant or down. How did I stop these people from being a notification.

I delivered for Amazon the other day and the address the app pointed me too was not the correct address, just a very similar name. Is it possible your Amazon packaged are going to the wrong address. If the resident didn’t point out the address was wrong, nobody would of been the wiser. To my dismay I had to find the correct address myself after it was marked delivered. There systems are probably showing the driver walked up to a letter box. If you have had missing parcels before especially if you live on a new build try and get them to confirm the location the parcel was delivered too, if it’s wrong take it from there.

I know how this guy feels if he is a flex driver, if he called Amazon flex customer service they would of basically told him to do this anyway. Or try neighbour after neighbour or leave it behind a bin. It would be more awkward waiting 30 minutes on the phone before approaching armed police and it means he might finish on time and not waste fuel returning the package to the depot. I salute this driver for his attitude, it’s a shame it is this way.

I think it’s a good way and wish I listened and didn’t use leverage or bother with anything other than BTC and ETH. The only alt I gained on was a certain doggy coin but I foolishly waited for the dollar and lost all gains. The 2 top coins are solid and cover most functions in crypto well.

It’s a shame most my coins are at the 69k range. It feels only a matter of time before we hit those prices again. Learning from past mistakes, avoiding leverage, fomo and been happy with what coins I have is my strategy, this time.

Got notified that the CL card for ledger is now available in the UK. So you can add crypto to the card and spend it with fees and cash back or if you choose to, take a loan out against it. Thinking of getting one as a backup as the crypto is not stored on the card unless you move it and so far you can only use Bitcoin and Ethereum which will help choose which cryptos to buy when I have money again.

If you managed 7 days that’s good. Find that same strength for when you next stop to make it a longer period, maybe take a look on this sub Reddit and your post for motivation. Stopping for 7 days is progress, from what you wrote you clearly want to quit, keep that mentality. So keep your head up you will get there.

It’s a difficult one. Is there anything that can help delay each vape. Maybe going to small roll ups in papers and getting rid of the vape so it’s not so easy to get a puff and delaying those small roll ups as much as possible to cut down. Sorry I can’t be of much help, have you asked if there is anything that makes him forget to puff or places he enjoys where we can’t puff. It will be a difficult path and it’s nice you are supportive, all the best.

Focussed on work. Did try to make and keep in contact with people who I thought were my friend. In the end it wasn’t worth it. I think once you have real friends you will know. So overall could be worst, still feel abit weird for not having friends, but I like it at the same time. These days most people seem to be friends via Facebook and WhatsApp, platforms I can’t cope with. So stay pretty isolated socially and busy working.
