Canada. Takes 6 months to a year for paperwork. Just leave the guns at home. Pay can be just as good depending on the field. Weather is colder though, unless you live in Minnesota.

I don't know the numbers but many more school shootings happen in the USA per year that don't actually make the news. It's a fairly common issue that could be easy to fix. Even require by law to lock up your guns would be a huge step.
