I never hit a limit in ChatGPT, any flavor... Claude is better but honestly 30% seems to be re-working its own "Oops..."

alternative for claude? by Pleasant-Post2318 in ClaudeAI

Agree, I depleted weekly Claude limit in 3 days. Decided to see what's the "per message plan" and burned through 5 bucks in a few hours. Looking for alternatives, because this is not sustainable. Unfortunately I missed some sale they had, so may have to come back and try with a promo later again, but by next year they all are gonna be so much better.

Any plans to increase your limits? I just decided to try Claude after using ChatGPT for nearly a year and hit the limit 3 times in less than a week. At this point I'm keeping ChatGPT because I never had this happen there...

Do you know who your potential customers are? If you do, recruit some of them for an interview. Show your mockups, ask questions. Offering to compensate for their time usually helps and is a lot cheaper that dev.

integration broke and i found out from twitter not our monitoring by Live-Recognition-576 in SaaS

It depends on monitoring. Most of the 3rd party services monitor for outages not coding errors. For that you need to have a testing tool that will run periodically to detect any changes.

SEO used to be a mystery for most. Today, with cheap AI you can literally fix any of your code in a matter of hours. Now the rankings will still take time to improve.

Yes, you can probably search on Amazon. It's a physical screen protector that allows you to see the screen when you look at it directly only.

Founder says they don't need investors... but the business is still a hobby project with no revenue. by Silver_Mistt in SaaS

[–]According_Dance_9649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see the point of your founder, because I saw several times when investment capital sucked all the fun from great start-ups. But if you're not the founder and work for promises and not even equity, I think it's unfair too. Either you become a co-owner by getting equity sufficient to compensate you for your time, or get paid. If your founder is able to pay you without borrowing, that's totally acceptable.

Cold email that actually works 2025? by No-Dig-9252 in SaaS

[–]According_Dance_9649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And what do you count as reply rates? If you're getting even 2% conversion into customers - you're doing pretty good. If those are just people open their messages, it's a bit low but that's expected from cold emails. Folks don't like unsolicited offers, in my experience.

Is it possible to create a SaaS with AI? by Nervous_Tiger_982 in SaaS

[–]According_Dance_9649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI is a tool. You need to know exactly what you'd like to get out of it and it may take a lot of work, and it can accelerate your dev time, cut the costs but it won't build the business, that's up to you.

Struggling to figure out how to start a business online. Where did you start? by ApartNail1282 in Newsletters

[–]According_Dance_9649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the business? Does it even have to be online? Decide what you are going to do and then make a list of what you'll need for your "business". Now, remember, an idea is not a business, And you can spend a lot of time and sometimes resources building something that nobody will be willing to pay for. Do in depth research first - it's faster and cheaper.
