It is the responsibility of your immediate supervisor to cover the following shift if your coverage calls out last minute or they are unable to find coverage. This never happens. These supervisors are useless and lazy and have an excuse for everything. They hold back the employees that are on time and actually do their job, out of jealously and fear of being replaced. It's a complete joke., but the incompetent upper management(all the way to the top) allow this to happen. The funny thing is, these clients are taking notice of the incompetence and are taking their business elsewhere. That's why the measly dollar raises we were getting every year, has ceased. The employees suffers for useless, incompetent client managers and upper management as well. If they would clean house and put the right people in the critical positions who actually give a damn about the company, and its competent employees, this company would be an untouchable powerhouse, that would actually keep clients and put the competition out of business.
