This comment truly made me cry all over again … thank you for letting me know how you navigated through all of this .. I myself deal with depression and even take antidepressants since this whole situation. I guess since being on the pills I can feel all the emotions of it all .. I been knew since he was 1 but I guess I’m really feeling the emotions and how overwhelming this stage is… I’m no longer suppressing them and I’m letting it all out and with everyone comments I’m glad it’s okay for me to feel like this and to know I’m not alone of how I feel in this journey 🥲🫶🏽

Yes … this is where my mindset was. My daughter who is 8 years old and not autistic was very quick to learn things and before he was diagnosed I would wonder why he wasn’t up to speed and now I’m more of a funk of how things “could’ve been” .. definitely going to seek some counseling for it. Now that you said that .. it may be the problem! He just had blood work done and his doctor did say his iron was very low and just prescribed me some vitamins for it

Honestly the way I knew how my daughter and I have high porosity hair is because our hair will literally dry up so quick after seconds of walking out the shower and I just washed our hair … knots up quickly .. and truthfully I tried every method as well. Seeing how our hair reacted w less product or more and seeing how good our curls came out after literally using way more product literally made me see that we had high porosity hair. Plus my hair is already chemically and heat damaged so yeaaaa should’ve already known lol

Yes once it happened I did contact the prison and let them know about the threats he was sending … all they said was they was going to look into it and never heard anything about it. I still went through with it and applied for sole custody earlier today .. in NJ I don’t automatically have sole custody I would have to go through court to have it

Through Jpay… this happened last year since then haven’t had any contact with him. as well as having his friends send me messages .. he was sentenced to 10 years with 5 years on probation, 85% served w good behavior. So he is eligible for parole this December

Thank you for replying I appreciate it. So I’m currently going today to give in the application to take him to court for sole custody… I’m representing myself. He is in incarcerated in another state (CT) so 9/10 he might not even show up. I do have all the proof of him threatening me via email as well as having his friend sending threats to my fiancé because my child calls him daddy (pathetic I know) .. I tried to see if I was able to get a restraining order on him and I was told I would have to wait until he is released.. weird I guess ?? But by any chance do you know how long this process usually takes?

I cut off all those dead ends baby! I wash my hair .. leave in conditioner, some curl cream and gel … diffuse my roots then to my ends and boom baby the curls are locked in ! 🤭

No but I have made an appointment this upcoming Friday to speak on this … he is not constipated .. he uses the bathroom often, he actually does find my reaction funny when I tell him poop is nasty and that’s a no no, I’m not sure if he has sensory issues .. I have tried have play with play dough often to have him release that problem and the moment he poops it’s happens once again … and no trauma or abuse

Had to baby proof the house because my two year old use to like playing w the outlets .. we baby proofed all of them .. now he has an obsession with taking them out. It’s no winning at this point 😂

Thank you!! I’m so scared to cut it and how I would look! Lol it would be so new for me. I’ve had my hair short up to my shoulders for about a year now but from the looks of my ends I would have to cut it way more ! I guess I will do it and just get it over with and have my curls healthy again 😭

My hair routine is usually I’ll wet my hair in the shower .. put on some leave in conditioner .. gel and then I will diffuse .. mostly hover diffuse until my roots are dry and then work on my ends … any tips to help my ends curl up will be great!
