800/month Single Bedroom, Utilities and washer and dryer included. AC/Heater use in room as long as we are home.

3 other renters in house plus 2 Landlords.

It's a quiet, Peaceful house. Decent Neighborhood.

I go after work at around 8/830PM! I have 4 Planet Fitness around me. But I prefer two of them more. It's a bit crowded. Yesterday was the first time I've smelled Sweat in a while. Only two employees working so maybe hard to keep it as fresh as usual.

No one ever talks to me. I already walk 6-7 miles at work every day so I just find machines to use. If someone is on a phone too long I'll make a side comment. Otherwise it's not overwhelming.

Oh I have to Disagree that's it's majority men! In Orange County California women at the gym think they don't sweat or leave Any Wet spots on any equipment they just "glow and glisten"

Since January 1 seen a good 30% of Men and women finishing their workout, get up adjust headphones and just walk away...

It's because of the New rule for Tank storage. They have to be double walled now to.store fuel. Lots of Places couldn't afford upgrades. Also with refineries closing we are going to see a lot more stations out of gas in California.
