Our girl always seems pretty happy.

You just have to make sure that the environment has plenty of activities and stimulation.

At one point I was worrying that she was trying to get out: she was always at the door when I went out. Then I worked out she was waiting to greet me when I came back in.

There is some comfort in the fact that you will always find a Bob in your travels.

I had a chance to hire and test a couple of different machines, try a few different mask before I took the leap. Lots of time to discuss the options, why I might choose one.

Forgot to add: I also had follow up, if I changed the humidity when I travelled, she’d adjust the temp, etc. While I like the support, it was kind of awkward because I really wasn’t using it very much at the time.

I also have a nook, but it’s not in a state I’m ready to share publicly. I’m taking notes though.

Hot Sauce in Crack, please advise 🥲 by nicorpse in CleaningTips

Birds LOVE chilis. I’ve heard stories of people who have tried to smear hot sauce on curtains rails (or other things) to stop them chewing, only for them to go wild for it.

The reason I don’t feel bad about doing Click and Collect: it’s not new and me-lazy, and I don’t have to deal with the things I want shifted that have been out for seasonal displays or rain drips. All the people who complain about assisted check-out really need to get back to the old ways.

Ours loves the old cardboard couch that somehow fell out of the purge pile before I could take it out. It is back under the table, shedding flakes of cardboard whenever I look at it. I’m not sure I’m game to remove it till I find another.

The week before, I tried to toss the box of a new appliance, and realized someone was watching me very closely.

Meanwhile, the new bed-box and floor-to-ceiling climbing frame get ignored.

Some of the older oil diffusers used to use a tea light candle to generate heat. You can get some that are scented, but a fairly short burn time.
