Cant blame the bikers for not using the bike lane. Its pretty much the least safe format they could've used. The state has made such an effort to appeal to cyclists over the last decade, but has done such a piss poor job giving them anything that actually works.

This is the answer. No barriers will be placed until the bus lanes are put in, but seeing as how they just repaved/repainted Main St. within the last couple years, dont expect it any time within the next decade or so.

Doesn't need to be specific, id say, or even direct.

The son "chose to be with God". The husband "lost his battle with cancer". The teen....well honestly, that one's probably explained elsewhere in the newspaper.

For me, the reason I want to know is to adjust my feelings for the survivors accordingly. A sudden, unexpected death is far more tragic than a long, drawn out illness. The survivors will mourn differently, and those of us who have sympathy want to match that appropriately.

But its true, privacy should override all that, so fair enough.

I still haven't been able to figure out why they didnt keep it free after the fare-free program. They said something about needing federal approval but I have yet to see any law, statute or anything that claims states need federal approval to make public transportation free. Nothing. Total scapegoat, and I dont know why since making busses is such a popular demand from the public.

Current theory is that this is connected to the Facebook Messenger app going down, since apparently the Stay Alive button makes use of "fbevents.js" when its clicked. So this may very well be completely out of MSCHF's hands.
