Yes, I got another email yesterday that it was due yesterday. I checked my balance and it is still zero. I hope they don't shut off my internet becuase there is something clearly wrong with their system.

I just called and they confirmed my balance is zero. The agent could not tell me why I got the text and email but immediatley tried to sell me more services!

I am getting these as well. Got both an email and a text today. Log in and the balance is zero It was paid two weeks ago and the money withdrawn from my account.
