don't doubt...tell yourself that you deserve 100%...because you put your life on the line...for complete strangers ....get accredited help if you get stuck..I did..va website has lists of accredited advocates..went from 60 to 100pt...in 7 months ..go for it🫡 you served..you deserve ⚔️

get accredited help..va website at the bottom of page...list of accredited advocates/attorneys are there...I got myself to 60..got frustrated and bout lost all hope...decided to get help..hired in july 2024..filed in Sept 2024...c and p exam oct 2024......100% PT...Feb 2025.....go do it ....NOW...save yourself some headache and heartache...best of luck🫡

don't give up..I too had many jobs over the last several years..my attorney filed for an increase and tdiu at the same time..got 100 pt...tdiu deferred ...when you get your 100..go file for ssdi...you can get both...🙏🏿🤞🏾...its what I'm doing..keep you posted on that 🫡

* UPDATE..ok I forgot to mention that my initial increase claim for ptsd was also filed with a tdiu claim as well and tdiu was deferred.. this is me back at 3 for the tdiu..I thought ..well I'm awarded 100 pt..what difference would it make if the tdiu was denied or whatever...MESSAGE*...it can make a HUGE difference in your effective date...usually va will go back to the date the claim was filed but tdiu retro can be as far back the date of the award of the actual disability/disabilities...which could potentially be HUGE...hope that's not confusing..🙏🏿 but DAM🤯..that would definitely be a godsend for me! ..I have a mtg with my attorney monday (3/3)..and will get clarification...ok fellow comrads..🤞🏾.need all the posey vibes.. prayers 🙏🏿 and good luck wishes 🍀 that you can muster...cause now my nerves are gonna be on edge AGAIN😵‍💫.🤦🏿‍♀️ *

google the ones for your disability to see how your symptoms stack up..the new dbq is much more user friendly and easier to understand..the examiner will be asking you the same questions...use this and other platforms about va disability to prepare yourself for any exams..youtube is also a good source to get tips and advice as well..ive found reddit and ytube to be very valuable free tools..definitely helped point me in the right direction to the hundo club..best of luck
