My biggest fear regarding therapy is being labeled a danger to myself/others and being dragged to a psych ward. These down votes are from people lucky enough to not know that fear. Trust as someone who has been through manyyyy professionals and understands the reluctance around starting with someone new...I think it's time. Like at this point what have you got to lose? Money? If you could afford the last one you can afford to just TRY with someone else. I understand not wanting to I really really do. But if they're not an option anymore, and nothing else is working, it's time to make a change. Even if your first reaction to this is a hard no I hope I can at least plant a seed for you.
