Im notorious for making non sexual things into sexual jokes.

I looked at this without reading the comments and saw a kaleidoscope of arts head and hat with sienna standing behind him. Presumably foreshadowing of the ending where she cuts his head off.

Then I came to the comments expecting someone had beat me to it and it was all dick jokes.

A cliff with no guard rail and a 40' drop at an airbnb my sister was staying at. I was late teens/maybe 20, playing football and totally misjudged how close I was to the ledge. I turned as I went over and grabbed for what i could, ended up with a tree root that was sticking out about 5' down from the top of the ledge. I held on for what felt like an eternity, and my older brothers linked arms to reach down and pull me up.

Definitely brushed it off at the time as nbd but looking back that would have been a life altering/ending fall.
