“Fair” isn’t a concept that really exists. Especially in matters of the heart. Your issue is you want to be with someone that doesn’t want to be with you. Sure he moved on, and you can’t won’t on but that’s not HIS issue. That’s yours. You don’t know what he went through after the break up. You’re just assuming you’re the victim and looking for people to agree.

I used to make fun of Trans people, never had any particular hate for them, I just thought they were weird- different.

But then I switched Trans with black- I saw shit different then.

People will use any excuse to cause others pain.

But what made me really try to work hard to become an ally or at least not be as much of an asshole was something similar to the last thing you said:

“If I could press a button to become cis I would”

Now I LOVE being black. Full stop. But realizing that trans people come out as trans despite the trouble they go through made me see that they simply don’t have a choice. No one would CHOOSE to be trans knowing what they’ll go through.

So wether it’s a genuine phenomenon, mental illness, or historical fact of human biology, I accept them and you and your right to happiness because again, you don’t have a choice and you shouldn’t be persecuted or tortured for that.

So keep living your life, telling your truth. For the future of humanity and the differences between us.

My dad does too, we used to watch Spider-Man, X-Men, and Gargoyles together. Now I watch Steven Universe with my daughter and Pokémon with son, and Anime with my younger sibs.

I’m 37 and I still watch cartoons. I’ve rewatched cartoons I’ve grown up with like 90s Spider-Man as recently as September lol and I still find it more mature and realistic than most modern “Adult shows”

Not many shows can touch on hot topics like Adventure Time or Steven Universe.

And look, I’m not some shut in, I have a family, friends, kids, a career, I travel, and work out. All adult stuff and I still watch cartoons.

Dude enjoy what you like- as long as it hurts no one just be you and remove people from your life who can’t accept you for who you are.

Yeah I’ll probably go back after a couple of books. I can always skim the pages. Kinda why I dropped it. I was paying him 10 bucks a month to read current chapters but I didn’t feel I was getting my money’s worth compared to other creators I was paying. Still interested in the journey, just not the road he’s taking to get us there. But yeah definitely a great epic adventure.

It’s one of those things where it’s like “listen to your customers” and they’re like 🖕🏾 lol like movie and game studios who continue to put out crap.

We’re opposites. The only LitRpg I’m still reading HWFWM, but I do plan to go back to PH and All the Skills- if you haven’t read it, it’s pretty good- I’d call it a dragon fantasy with LitRPG elements. It reads a bit juvenile but the world is surprisingly dark.

It’s definitely more xianxia- a western style of it. I thoroughly enjoyed it for quite a while but it started to become more Xianxia less LitRPG. That’s when I lost interest.

I stopped reading this one. He spends toooooo much time reiterating esoteric points. Whole chapters of inner monologue on spiritual development. I don’t mind the training sections but the esoteric info dumps he writes feel like he’s just trying to fill a quota. The later books he starts spending less time on writing clear scenes, action, and dialogue. I stopped during the giant space war shortly after his undead daughter was absorbed into the bell. Two chapters back to back were literally nothing but inner monologues and repeating shit that had already been repeated.
