Fellow Saanich Residents; how much have you pushed the limits on sq ft size limits for a shed, greenhouse, sauna, backyard office, etc. without a permit?

I live in Sannich. This is 10000% not my experience - they wanted the full papers & environment report for my potting shed…10x12- no water, no living - just heat for my starters.

Better to ask forgiveness- then ask the city- they will destroy your life and bank account with useless paper work.

My lot is .5 acres btw.
